THE SHED GONE FIELD GUIDE
What affects shed removal cost?
The size is a starting point. The materials, access, contents and base determine the rest. A useful price tells you exactly what is included.

Start with the footprint and construction
Give the approximate width, depth and height. A lightweight panel shed and a framed timber building of the same footprint involve different dismantling and loading work. Roof layers, interior lining and an attached lean-to also belong in the description.
Price the route, not just the building
Photograph the gate, side yard, steps and the parking area. A long hand-carry or a route that cannot accommodate equipment may change the labor needed. Note fences, plants and paving that need protection.
Separate the extras
Ask for contents clearance, slab or footing removal, utility disconnection and ground restoration to be listed separately. A structure-only quote should say whether its own floor and attached fittings are included.
Compare the same scope
Check teardown, loading, haul-away, disposal fees and final cleanup against each quote. Ask how hidden conditions or a changed scope would be approved. No starting price has been confirmed for Shed Gone; this preview does not calculate or promise a removal price.
