What to show in the photos

If known, include the manufacturer and model. Note damaged panels, the separate floor system and any anchors connecting the building to its base.

What belongs in the quote

Record the dimensions, doors and roof from outside. Add the base and anything attached. List contents separately and say what you want saved.

The route to the truck

Show the narrowest gate, changes in level and the distance to available parking. Dismantling does not eliminate the need to carry the materials through the yard.

Agree the finish

Decide whether to retain the slab or floor support. Cleanup, anchor removal and ground restoration should be explicit in the scope.

Your quote checklist

  • Whole shed and visible condition
  • Roof, base and anchor details
  • Gate and path to parking
  • Contents and fixtures to keep
