SHED REMOVAL IN ENTERPRISE

We take it down.
We haul it away.

How it works ↗

Shed removal is all we do. Wood, metal or resin, falling apart or still standing, we take your Enterprise shed apart and leave the space clean.

  • Taking the shed apart: roof, walls, doors and floor
  • The stuff inside, if you want it gone too
  • Loading, haul-away and disposal, with metal and clean wood recycled where it’s accepted
  • The slab, gravel pad or footings, if you want them out
  • Sweeping and raking the spot clean

We check what Enterprise requires for your shed before any work starts, and any power to the shed must be disconnected by a licensed electrician before removal day. The local rules are below.

01

Send a photo.

Show us the shed and the way out, and add your Enterprise ZIP code. No payment, and it isn’t a booking.

02

Get our price.

We look at your photos and send our price, what it includes and the dates we have.

PERMITS & DIY DISPOSAL

Doing it yourself, or just checking the rules?

Here’s what Enterprise asks for before a shed comes down, what city pickup will take, and where you can drop off the debris yourself.

Enterprise rules at a glance

Demolition permit

Usually no for a small shed. Clark County skips the demolition permit for work that needs no permit to build, which covers one-story sheds up to 200 sq ft without plumbing or mechanical.

City pickup

Not confirmed. Enterprise has no city service; Republic's county bulk pickup every other week takes curbside items up to 6 feet with no protruding nails. Ask Republic, 702-735-5151.

Haul it yourself

Henderson Transfer Station (Republic Services). Not published. Free for current Republic residential customers with ID and a matching bill under local code; commercial haulers always pay.

What it costs

Shed Gone: a price from your photos, with teardown, haul-away and cleanup included.

Others here: Above & Beyond lists $250 to $400+ for a small resin shed and $550 to $850+ for a medium wood or metal one. LoadUp shows $94 to $1,559. Others quote each job.

Do I need a permit?Enterprise demolition rules, utilities and property checks.

The requirements depend on the structure, the work and the property’s jurisdiction. These are the official starting points for checking your job. Confirm with the building office before teardown day. How shed demolition permits work ↗

01

Clark County's demolition permit and the 200 sq ft shed

County code requires a permit to demolish a building or structure. The Building Department's demolition policy says no demolition permit is needed for work that doesn't need a permit to construct, and the county's building permit exemptions include one-story tool and storage sheds up to 200 sq ft with no plumbing or mechanical. The policy dates from 2013. A larger shed needs a permit, priced from the demolition contract amount on Table 3-A, starting at $54. Call 702-455-3000.

03

Asbestos paperwork goes to the county

Clark County's Division of Air Quality wants its Demolition Notification Form 10 working days before a building or structure is demolished, but its handouts are written for commercial, rental and condo property. Whether a backyard shed at a house needs one isn't stated; call 702-455-5942 about old cement-board siding or roofing.

Can I dispose of it myself?City pickup rules, drop-off options and fees for shed debris.

Will Enterprise pick up shed debris?

Not confirmed. Enterprise trash service is Republic Services under its Clark County franchise. County code has Republic run a separate bulky item collection no more than every other week, and defines a bulky item as a large household item, such as an appliance, carpet or mattress, that two people can handle. Republic's flyer says items must be at the curb, 6 feet or shorter, contained, with no protruding nails or screws in wood. Shed lumber isn't named either way, so call 702-735-5151 first.

Drop-off and recycling options

If you’d rather haul it yourself, sort the load first: clean wood, metal, roofing, concrete and household contents often go to different places or cost different amounts. Call ahead before hiring a trailer. What can be recycled ↗

What else should I know in Enterprise?Local notes, and the photos that set the price.

Who decides: Clark County, not a city

Enterprise is an unincorporated town, so it has no city hall or code of its own. The County Commission governs it, with the appointed Enterprise Town Advisory Board passing along residents' concerns. Building permits come from the Clark County Building Department on W. Russell Road, and trash service follows the county's Republic Services franchise.

Only the franchised hauler or a licensed contractor may haul demolition debris

Clark County code makes it unlawful for anyone but the county, its franchisee (Republic Services) or their agents to collect or haul solid waste. Demolition debris may also be removed by a duly licensed construction, construction cleanup or demolition contractor. A homeowner may haul their own waste, but may not use an agent unless it's immediate family or a caregiver. The code doesn't mention junk haulers without a contractor's license.

Republic customers can drop off their own waste for free

A county resident of a house with its own Republic service can dispose of waste from that home without charge at the franchisee's or county's sites in the urban service area. Bring a current quarterly Republic bill and photo ID with a matching address. Paid haulers can't use this, even with the owner along.

What the county counts as demolition debris

County code lists painted, treated and coated wood, roofing shingles, wiring, pipe and metal as construction and demolition waste. Asbestos waste is excluded, along with fluorescent bulbs, fuel tanks and containers over 10 gallons, so clear those out of the shed first.

Photos that explain the job.

  • The whole shed, with the roof, doors and rough dimensions
  • What it sits on: slab, gravel, pavers, skids or blocks
  • The route out: gates, steps, slopes and the narrowest gap
  • Anything stored inside, and any wiring, lights or a water line

Tell us whether the shed has power. A licensed electrician should disconnect and make the circuit safe before teardown. Say which items stay, and whether the slab or footings go too.

A small empty resin shed and a large timber shed on a concrete slab are different jobs, so we don’t publish one number. The price depends on the shed’s size and material, what’s inside, what it sits on, and the route from the shed to the truck.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few more answers.

How much does shed removal cost in Enterprise?

Shed Gone prices each shed from your photos, with teardown, haul-away and cleanup included. Above & Beyond publishes $250 to $400+ for small resin sheds, $550 to $850+ for medium wood or metal sheds and $950 to $1,450+ for large wood sheds, with labor and disposal included. LoadUp's Enterprise page shows $94 to $1,559.

My shed is bigger than 200 square feet. Who gets the permit?

The county issues permits only to contractors with a Nevada contractor's license and a Clark County business license, or to a homeowner who qualifies as an owner-builder and lives in the house. Ask the crew whether it pulls the permit.

What has to happen to the lines when a permit is pulled?

The county's demolition policy sets the standard: electrical service ends at the NV Energy connection, sewer is capped within 5 feet of the property line, and water is capped on the service side of the meter. A demolition permit also needs a final inspection.

Where can I take a load myself?

Republic runs transfer stations on Cape Horn Drive in Henderson and on W. Cheyenne Avenue in North Las Vegas, both 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, and Apex Regional Landfill on US 93, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. None publishes rates; call ahead.

Can a neighbor with a truck haul it for me?

Not under county code. A homeowner may haul their own waste, but only immediate family or a caregiver may do it for them. Otherwise it takes Republic or a licensed contractor.
