OLD SHEDSPACE RECLAIMEDSHED REMOVAL IN OWASSO
Shed removal is all we do. Wood, metal or resin, falling apart or still standing, we take your Owasso shed apart and leave the space clean.
We check what Owasso requires for your shed before any work starts, and any power to the shed must be disconnected by a licensed electrician before removal day. The local rules are below.

PERMITS & DIY DISPOSAL
Here’s what Owasso asks for before a shed comes down, what city pickup will take, and where you can drop off the debris yourself.
Plan on one. Owasso's fee schedule lists a $100 demolition permit. The City's no-permit answer for sheds on skids is about putting one up, not tearing one down; call 918-376-1534.

The requirements depend on the structure, the work and the property’s jurisdiction. These are the official starting points for checking your job. Confirm with the building office before teardown day. How shed demolition permits work ↗
Owasso's rate schedule, as of June 2, 2026, lists a demolition permit at $100. The City follows the state-adopted building codes, including the 2024 International Residential Code. Building Services asks you to check with them at 918.376.1534 before any work to see whether a permit is needed; the office is at City Hall, 200 S. Main St.

The City's FAQ says a shed sitting on skids needs no building permit but must stay off easements and 10 feet from side and rear lot lines, while a shed with a foundation needs a building permit. That answer is about placing a shed; it doesn't say whether removing one needs the $100 demolition permit.
Oklahoma DEQ says the federal asbestos rule does not apply to demolishing residential buildings with four or fewer units unless the project has a commercial or public purpose. Old cement-board siding still needs care: Tulsa Indoor Dump refuses asbestos, while American Environmental Landfill in Sand Springs handles it.

No. Owasso's refuse rules list items the City will not collect, including piles of lumber, bricks, dirt, stones, sheetrock and metal. Owasso's code is posted only as individual ordinances in the City's records archive, and its fee schedule lists no hauler license.
